We are running up hard on the halfway mark of the program, and I aim to push things along as quickly as I am able.
I keep an Excel sheet detailing all of the compositions and recipes for coatings and substances that we have synthesized or plan to try. By the end of this week, I plan to complete and turn into my mentor new recipes for at least two different selective coatings.
Beginning next week, I hope to begin the material synthesis and electrode fabrication process while adjusting recipes and creating new ones. Starting the week following, I hope to begin gathering visual (SEM) and field performance data for the successfully synthesized electrodes, though that will depend largely on my success in the (p)re-search and fabrication stages.
I expect this to continue cyclically while I begin forming my official term report and deliverables.
Happy Independence Day everyone! Enjoy your break!
