I was in ASU last week, visiting Paola, Roberto, Shannon, and Sahithi. They all did a great job describing their research and showing us around the nice labs at ISTB4. We had pasties for lunch at Cornish Pasty Co., always a good choice!

We also hosted a NEWT reunion, where graduate students, faculty and our current REUs had pizza together and got to hang out with our 2017 and 2018 ASU REUs! Only one or our ASU REU alumni was not able to make it–we hope to see you next year, Skyler!
After dinner, we got a tour of the atmospheric water capture research happening on the roof of ISTB4:
