This was my first real experience in the lab, since i finally took the lab safety training. Seye showed me how to pipette, weigh my substance, and then transfer that data to an excel spreadsheet. Where I then took that data and found my standard deviation in the data. I feel like this was a great experience because it was slightly repetitive, considering that I have never had this experience it took a little bit of finesse. I really appreciate my mentor’s patience and his clear instructions on the task ahead. And as well how he will sometimes leave me to figure the task, and never gets upset if I come asking him for a question. Today I had quite a bit of meetings I am hoping to spend more time in the lab tomorrow.Untitled_
