All of the NEWT REUs and one of our Young Scholars spent Monday and half day Tuesday at Rice getting to know each other, learning about NEWT and water, and building spaghetti structures.

I had a great time learning about all of the interns and their plans, and I am looking forward to a great summer! (And I keep thinking we need to do something with all the musical talent in this group, any ideas?)
