Hello Everyone,
This will sadly be my final blog for this summer. It has been an amazing summer and I have gained so much from new friends to experiences that I will cherish for the rest of my life. From this summer one of the biggest take aways for me was realizing that in order to get over the humps in research it takes patience and collaboration with other researchers. There were plenty of times this summer that I got motivation from the most unlikely of sources that helped me push through one of the roadblocks at the time.
I would just like to stop for a second and say thank you to Dr.Chan for allowing me to work in her lab, all of the grad and undergrad students within the Chan group that took me in and treated me like one of their own. A special thank you to Dr.Loyo for putting together this REU and allowing me to have this experience.
