Every week Dr. Villagran schedules a group meeting on Thursdays to assist phD candidates working on his lab to prepare for their examinations, and check on their progress. It may seem like he loves to throw tricky questions at his studens to confuse them and test their knowledge. That’s because he does, but he’s also pushing them to prepare them for anything tha may be thrown at them and do their best.
I’m grateful to be in Dr. Villagran’s team this summer, he’s expertise and weird sense of humor only make it better.
